Train

Each new hire must demonstrate their knowledge of current construction safety practices to ensure they can maintain their own safety and the safety of those around them. Additionally, all Jackson Construction, Ltd. employees attend a weekly safety meeting, where different safety topics are discussed. We also look at each job individually, as extra safety courses may be necessary for specific jobs, such as railroad safety courses when working near a railroad. When extra training is necessary, we ensure that training is conducted prior to beginning work on the job as our employee's safety is of the most importance to us.


Implement

While our employees are on the job, they are monitored by foreman and superintendents to ensure that all safety measures are implemented and sustained. Prior to beginning any project, our crews ensure that they have all the necessary safety equipment and knowledge to maintain a safe work environment.


Validate

Each year, our foreman and superintendents receive renewal safety training to ensure that all safety measures are acknowledged and maintained. We believe that annually reviewing safety measures ensures that each employee prioritizes safety. Any updated safety measures are taught at this time.
